Rudder pedals & Cables

Riveted rudder pedals, painted, and installed on plane.

Bonaco break lines installed on the rudder pedals.  See Bonaco Break Lines
Still need to torc the fittings and ziptie the break lines

While stringing rudder cables found that I had to remove the fairings I had installed in the tail as the cable end would not fit through.  I had also installed these on the inside of the skin, this had to be changed to the outside as it was not wide enough to get the plastic wear tube through the fairing with it inside the skin.

It helps to have a small helper (Brendan) to string the rudder cables in the tail.

Also, no need in putting all the snap bushings in the fueselage before running the cables.  You have to pinch the bushings to get the cable end through, and then insert them into the holes in the fueselage.

After running the cables I installed farrings where the cables come out of the tunnel.
